Yorkshire Cup

Our first match this year was on Wed 4th May, against Theale X, who had already beaten Theale Z. We surprised ourselves, and certainly Theale, by winning 49-42. It was also a special occasion for us as it marked the return of Karin to match play, after her shoulder surgery - despite her modest comments, she was clearly doing something right, as she was the only player to win all 3 sets!

The second round was against Bradfield, who are a pretty strong team, and we lost 42 games to 33. So that's the end of the Yorkshire Cup for 2005!
