League Matches
The club fields teams in the Newbury leagues; men's, women's and mixed teams. Summer league fixtures take place on weekday evenings at 6:30pm, winter league matches are played at the weekend.
In the summer we also take part in the Yorkshire Cup, a handicap knock-out tournament with men's, ladies' and mixed sets. Pangbourne have won this in 1980, 1995 and 2001.
The club also enters a team in the Cholsey floodlit league in the winter. This league is run by the Cholsey club, using their courts, and matches take place on winter evenings under floodlights. The format is mixed followed by men's and ladies', which is fun, and the standard is high. Matches have been played on icy courts, in rain and even in snow - so this is not for the faint-hearted!
